Shareholder Communications
Due to recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), there are new communication options for how shareholders receive communications such as meeting documents, dividend statements and annual reports. This means the following:
Volt Group Limited will no longer send physical meeting documents unless a shareholder requests a copy to be mailed.
Shareholders can make a standing election to receive some or all of their shareholder communications in physical or electronic form.
VOLT encourages all shareholders to provide an email address so that items can be communicated electronically. This is faster, more cost effective and helps to reduce our carbon footprint.
Shareholders can review their communication preferences and update their details via the au.investorcentre.mpms.mufg.com.
